As you nurse your child, bring your awareness to your breath. Observe the way that life flows through you as you breath in and out.
Bring your attention to your child. Feel their warmth, their energy, their softness.
Now as you breath in, silently say 'we are here...'
As you breath out, silently '...together.'
Continue.
As you practice this meditation, notice the way that your child is present. She might be looking up at you. Perhaps she's noticing other people around you. Regardless, she is present at your breast, in this moment at this time.
Offer your presence to your child. Be here now, together. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to this moment together.
