Meditation: Give and Receive

As you breastfeed your little one, become aware of your breath. Notice the way you breath in and breath out. Observe your natural rhythm.

As you breath in now, see yourself receiving nourishment from your whole world. Breath this nourishment in to your whole being.

Now, as you breath out, give this sacred energy to your dear child who suckles at your breast. Give your child the most beautiful nourishment, from your whole being.

Contine in this rhythm, breathing in and out, receiving and giving.
