This meditation is helpful to practice if you or your baby are in distress in any way. This meditation came to me one day when we were travelling and my daughter was very unsettled.
As you breastfeed your baby, take a moment to be gently grounded in your centre. Find that place within you where you are at total peace. Know that all is well.
Bring your attention to your baby. Become aware of any way in which he or she is showing worry or upset. Be present with these emotions of your child.
Now within your mind repeat the mantra 'all is well'. Carry the energy of your mantra into your whole being so that this energy passes to your baby through your milk.
Give this peaceful energy to your child. All is well.
