Meditation: Stardust

As you breastfeed your little one, be aware of the stars shining up above you both. You may be able to see the stars out of your window, or perhaps you cannot see them for it is daytime or the sky is cloudy. If you cannot see them, see the stars in your mind's eye. See the twinkling energy of the stars blessing your breastfeeding.

You and your child are made of stardust, the most wonderful and powerful energy and matter of the universe. Know that you are both eternal, and are endlessly exchanging energy and matter with everything around you.

Your breastmilk is stardust, that you have collected and through the most beautiful transformation are now giving to your child through your breasts. May your child grow brighter each day just as the stars twinkle above.
