Meditation: Heart to Heart

As you breastfeed your little one today, close your eyes or look softly down at her or him. Breath into your belly, filling your whole being with life-giving oxygen.

Focus your attention upon your heart. Notice it beating in your chest. You may feel your chest gently moving as your blood pulses throughout your body. See the energy of your heart flowing from you to your child, straight to their little heart. Give your love and your light.

Heart to heart, you are connected. You are both safe and all is well. Love is all about.
