Meditation: Breath bliss

As you nurse your child, gently bring your awareness to your breath. Notice its gentle rhythm as you breath in and out.

Now, as you breath in, bring in to you all the bliss of the world. You may hear children playing nearby. Perhaps you hear a bird singing. Maybe you feel the warmth of the sun or see the soft glow of the moon.

Allow the bliss of all around you to fill your being. When you are ready, breath out this bliss to your child. See this bliss energy in your embrace and in the perfect flow of milk from your body into your child.

Continue breathing in and out, keeping your awareness upon this meditation. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to this moment.
